Test Engineer Trainee (QA)

Location: Kazakhstan; office-based training in Almaty or remote training for Astana residents

What you will do

• Practice testing on a training project under the guidance of experienced tutors.
• Apply testing theory, SQL, and web and mobile application knowledge.
• Complete knowledge checks and use mentor feedback to improve testing skills.
• Participate in the company's internal training programme and prepare for a commercial project.
• Progress toward employment after successfully completing the training.

Requirements

• Intermediate or higher English level with verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of testing theory.
• Understanding of SQL.
• Understanding of web and mobile applications.
• No previous work experience is required.

Nice to have

• Technical background.
• Any programming experience.
• Completed testing courses.
• Intermediate or higher German level.
