Senior Front-End Developer (React Native/iOS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid working model with the possibility of working remotely. Candidates must have a legal permit to work in Spain.

What you will do

• Lead the iOS build of the React Native application in collaboration with product and backend engineers.
• Configure and integrate native iOS SDKs, including Firebase, AppsFlyer, AppLovin MAX, Google Sign-In, Facebook SDK, and Intercom.
• Implement App Tracking Transparency, SKAdNetwork, privacy manifests, deep links, and universal links, and design iOS alternatives for Android-only features.
• Write native Swift or Objective-C modules where React Native libraries are insufficient while keeping shared code platform-agnostic.
• Build and maintain the CircleCI and fastlane release pipeline, including signing, provisioning, TestFlight, App Store Connect, submissions, and App Review.
• Maintain Jest and mobile end-to-end testing on both platforms, review code, and share iOS knowledge with the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional mobile or frontend experience, including 3+ years of React Native experience.
• At least one React Native application shipped to the App Store and maintained in production.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Xcode, CocoaPods, signing and provisioning, TestFlight, and App Store Connect.
• Experience integrating third-party native attribution, advertising, push, and analytics SDKs in React Native.
• Working knowledge of Swift or Objective-C for native modules and debugging.
• Solid understanding of App Store Review Guidelines, App Tracking Transparency, and Apple privacy requirements.
• Testing experience with Jest and a mobile end-to-end framework such as Maestro, Detox, or a similar tool.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with rewards, offerwall, gaming, or ad-monetised applications and their App Review considerations.
• Experience with WebView-based hybrid applications, including JavaScript-to-native messaging, cookie handling, and session handling.
• Sign in with Apple experience.
• React web experience, including React Query and MUI.
• Mobile CI/CD experience with CircleCI, fastlane, or Firebase App Distribution.
• Experience with Google Cloud and Firebase.
• Experience with Sentry or similar crash-reporting tools.
