Inventory Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Analyze inventory, stores, materials management, and supply chain performance to support business decisions and inventory strategies.
• Develop KPIs, Power BI dashboards, Excel analyses, management reports, presentations, and business cases.
• Support projects and process improvements from requirements gathering and analysis through testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
• Manage analytical initiatives, deliverables, priorities, and follow-up actions through to closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and track deliverables.
• Identify reporting, process, workflow, and automation opportunities using appropriate digital tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in inventory, supply chain, data analytics, business analysis, or project activities.
• Good understanding of aviation inventory, stores, materials management, supply chain processes, and operational KPIs.
• Good understanding of aviation ERP/MRO inventory and materials management systems, preferably AMOS or a comparable aviation MRO/ERP platform.
• Advanced Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good working knowledge of SQL/Oracle for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to develop practical recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good PowerPoint, presentation, and business communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, own deliverables, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure; proactive, assertive, self-motivated, and accountable.

Nice to have

• Experience in the aviation industry.
• Knowledge of Power Automate and/or Python for automation and data analysis.
