What you will do

• Build reusable AI workflows that transform layered PSDs, event art, character libraries, asset libraries, and campaign rules into consistent content kits.
• Create social and CRM content including videos, posts, stories, banners, and visuals in all required formats.
• Turn event art into short, platform-native videos for reels, stories, and shorts using AI video tools such as LayerAI or similar, with final editing in Premiere Pro when needed.
• Develop hooks, character moments, and humor designed to drive comments, shares, and taps.
• Document workflows, skills, and playbooks in Markdown so teammates can run them on new inputs, and continuously refine them.
• Move from brief to publish-ready content within hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital art, video, or design, including 2+ years of daily, production-level generative AI work.
• Strong AI video skills and expert command of AI image tools.
• Advanced Premiere Pro editing skills, including pacing, sound, captions, and platform-native cuts.
• Experience creating AI workflows with asset libraries, style references, multi-step prompt systems, and batch production.
• Strong Photoshop skills, including breaking down layered PSDs and compositing AI output.
• A social-first eye for creating content that earns shares and stops scrolling.
• Storytelling ability and a strong sense of humor for making game characters engaging in a single frame.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• A portfolio with video work and the underlying workflow, not only final outputs.
