Learning Program Manager

Location: Hybrid role based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, combining work from home and in-office work.

What you will do

• Translate business and transformation priorities into capability and learning requirements.
• Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to define priority capabilities, behaviours and gaps.
• Lead learning and capability workstreams aligned with transformation milestones, dependencies and outcomes.
• Design practical capability journeys using targeted learning and workplace interventions.
• Coordinate instructional designers, internal specialists and external providers to deliver learning solutions.
• Define success measures and evaluate learning effectiveness, capability uplift and business impact.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering learning or capability initiatives within large, complex transformation programs or projects.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary learning practices and the end-to-end learning lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of project or program disciplines, including milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery commitments.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering significant learning or capability initiatives to agreed outcomes, timeframes and budgets.
• Experience managing external providers, budgets and delivery partners.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities, build trusted relationships, translate complex business needs into practical solutions and maintain focus on measurable outcomes.
