About the Role
You will own design from ambiguous problem spaces through shipped product experiences. You will conduct user research and usability sessions, analyze data, develop mobile-first designs in Figma, refine interactions, and work with product, engineering, data, and leadership to shape product decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product-design experience
- UX and user-research experience
- Experience leading user testing
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights
- Knowledge of mobile platform conventions
- Experience using AI in design work
- Communication skills for working with product, engineering, and leadership
- Portfolio containing two recent projects
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design work from problem definition to shipped screens
- Conduct user research and usability sessions
- Synthesize research and data into product decisions
- Create and refine mobile-first interaction designs
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data and analytics
- Champion customer needs in roadmap discussions
- Travel between Aarhus and Copenhagen to collaborate and run sessions
