Penetration Tester (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage the lifecycle of customer penetration testing engagements.
• Conduct authorized simulated attacks, penetration tests, and vulnerability assessments across computer systems, networks, applications, and other digital assets.
• Analyze customer security environments, identify vulnerabilities and problem areas, and propose solutions.
• Prepare customer proposals aligned with hirify.global Security strategy and present cybersecurity recommendations.
• Share findings and recommended countermeasures with other teams and stakeholders.
• Document testing processes, findings, and recommendations in detailed reports while keeping methodologies, threats, attack techniques, and tools up to date.

Requirements

• Proficiency in ethical hacking methodologies, tools, and techniques, including conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
• Proficiency in programming languages and penetration testing tools.
• In-depth understanding of information security concepts, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards.
• Ability to analyze complex systems, identify vulnerabilities, and propose solutions.
• Customer focus, a growth mindset, and an inclusive, collaborative approach to working with others.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and their security considerations.
• Relevant certifications such as LPT, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or GXPN.
