Senior Ethics and Compliance Specialist

Location: Poland (Remote); office location in Krakow, Poland

hirify.global operates a global technology organization with a Global Legal team of approximately 70 professionals.

What you will do

• Lead key compliance workstreams, including annual risk assessments, policy refreshes, and regional training programs.
• Implement and oversee compliance monitoring procedures, regular testing, control evaluations, and effectiveness reporting.
• Support internal investigations into potential violations of the Code of Ethics, ABAC, and company policies through evidence collection and preliminary analysis.
• Act as a compliance liaison for Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Audit, and HR, resolving complex compliance issues.
• Develop training resources for employees and third parties and contribute to global compliance reporting for executive management.
• Provide informal direction to junior specialists and exercise judgment within corporate policies.

Requirements

• Relevant academic credentials or equivalent qualifications.
• 5–7 years of corporate compliance experience, ideally in a technology or multinational corporate environment.
• Business-level English proficiency, including verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, ability to work with minimal supervision, multitask, and follow through on projects.
• Good time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• CCEP certification or another relevant compliance certification.
