Senior HR Business Partner (South Europe)

Location: Pordenone, Italy (Hybrid); supports commercial organizations across Italy, Spain, Greece, and Turkey.

What you will do

• Support approximately 175 employees across Southern Europe and act as Country HR Manager for Spain, Greece, and Turkey.
• Advise and challenge commercial business leaders on organizational performance, leadership effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with local labor legislation.
• Lead organizational design, change management, transformation, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Drive leadership coaching and development, talent acquisition, succession planning, employee and labor relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Support compensation and reward discussions while improving HR processes and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in an international matrix organization.
• Experience supporting commercial or sales-driven businesses.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations.
• Proven experience leading organizational change and restructuring initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into people solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership coaching skills.
• Curious, data-driven, and open to digital and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Fluent English.
• Relevant education in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of another South European language.
