Transportation Adjuster - Bilingual (Transportation Claims)

Location: Home United States; fully remote

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, adjudicate, and resolve personal auto and commercial transportation-related claims.
• Handle collision, cargo, property damage, bodily injury, and other commercial liability exposures arising from transportation operations.
• Analyze and apply coverage to routine and complex claims in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Set and maintain claim diaries, manage reserves, control loss adjustment expenses, and complete client reporting.
• Document correspondence, reports, discussions, and decisions in the claims system and notify management of issues affecting claims.
• Collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, medical providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency with reading and writing ability.
• Litigation experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial transportation experience preferred.
• Valid Texas all-lines license; Florida, New Mexico, and other licenses are a plus.
• Superior report-writing skills, strong time-management skills, and effective communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain regular, dependable attendance during established work hours.
• Above-average computer skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
