Activation Associate Intern

Location: United States; hybrid, ideally based in the Washington, DC area, with occasional travel.

What you will do

• Provide administrative and project management support to the Director of Activation.
• Plan and coordinate college speaking events, debates, tabling activities, and other student engagement opportunities nationwide.
• Coordinate communication with student leaders and university administrators, including event promotion, logistics, permits, approvals, permissions, and follow-up.
• Manage guest speaker logistics, including scheduling, travel and lodging, transportation, and itineraries.
• Source and coordinate videographers and production teams, and collaborate with social media and YouTube teams on filming and content opportunities.
• Support the national Ambassador program through record keeping, participation tracking, webinars, inquiries, educational resources, communications, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong alignment with and commitment to hirify.global’s pro-life mission.
• Part-time availability for 10–20 hours per week.
• Ideally based in the Washington, DC area and available for occasional travel.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive, and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Ability to learn and work with CRM systems and digital platforms.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Willingness to assist with public-facing outreach and behind-the-scenes logistics.
