Senior Associate - Subscription Performance

Location: Must be based in Helsinki or Berlin; occasional cross-border travel may be required.

What you will do

• Identify opportunities to improve subscription program performance across markets through gap analysis and opportunity sizing.
• Develop recommendations on growth, profitability, product features, and other subscription performance levers.
• Translate findings into strategy documents, leadership communications, presentations, and clear trade-off recommendations.
• Help prioritize investment choices across engineering, product, and operations when capacity is limited.
• Support the weekly operating and reporting cadence.
• Explore AI and automation to accelerate reporting, insight generation, and recurring analysis workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategy and operations, strategy consulting, investments, or business operations.
• Ideally, experience with subscription or membership businesses or consumer technology.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of consumer subscriber and marketplace dynamics, including the ability to connect analysis to business implications.
• Strong analytical rigor: able to move from question to query to narrative without a dedicated data engineer, read code, use AI tools, and master spreadsheets.
• Bias for action and ownership, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution through completion.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and align product, finance, legal, and local-market stakeholders around evidence.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, including presenting trade-offs clearly to senior audiences.
• Based in Helsinki or Berlin and comfortable with occasional cross-border travel as needed.
