hirify.global provides a remote early English learning environment for children, combining certified teachers with AI-powered games and training apps.

What you will do

• Direct and deliver cinematic, emotionally resonant brand films from brief through storyboard, AI generation, editing, colour grading, compositing, and final master.
• Turn briefs from the Head of Creative and Brand Director into story-driven concepts aligned with hirify.global’s brand voice and visual identity.
• Create and maintain hirify.global’s AI film style guide covering characters, worlds, visual style, and reference materials.
• Refine AI-generated output through retouching, compositing, redrawing, colour grading, and other finishing work.
• Collaborate with the sound engineer on music, sound design, voice-over, and localized versions; own casting, recording, and quality control for dubbing.
• Plan schedules and budgets, build AI-agent/API/workflow automation, introduce new AI film techniques, and integrate the AI Video Production Unit with video editors and the Lead Producer.

Requirements

• A portfolio of complete AI films demonstrating consistent characters and coherent storytelling.
• Proven experience directing cinematic, emotionally resonant brand or narrative films using traditional film craft and hands-on AI video techniques, including image-to-video and AI-assisted VFX.
• Strong composition, colour, lighting, storytelling, design, and visual-quality assessment skills.
• Editing and finishing experience with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, including colour grading, plus Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for fixes and compositing.
• Experience leading a small technical-creative team, such as prompt engineers or cinematography leads.
• Familiarity with voice acting and dubbing production, including external casting agencies or per-language talent leads.
• Ability to deliver one film per month independently, meet deadlines, and establish a production process from scratch.
• Collaborative work style with Brand, the sound engineer, and the video production team; comfort defining processes in a new production discipline.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Motion graphics and 3D/compositing skills, such as Cinema 4D, Maya, Nuke, or After Effects.
• Additional languages for the multi-market, multi-language scope.

Hiring process

• During the first three months, establish and document the brief-to-final-master workflow, create version one of the AI film style guide, and deliver 2–3 approved brand films.
• During the first six months, deliver at least one movie-quality film per month, with 5–6 films delivered in total, on time and within budget.
