Commodities trader, Secret Pool

An international commodities trader with offices in Moscow, UAE and Singapore is looking for a new Commodities manager to expand the operations of the Moscow office. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Manage select customer and supplier relationships, profitably selling and sourcing commodities of different class
• Identify and onboard new customers and suppliers, expanding the company’s trading networks
• Negotiate Purchase and Sale contracts with suppliers and buyers according to company's risk management policy
• Contribute to the analysis of global supply and demand to identify and define trading strategies
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure timely deal execution
• Contribute to supply chain development
• Represent the company at industry events

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• University degree in International Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• 3–6 years of experience as physical trader or commercially oriented operations positions
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Risk/reward mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
