Focus on coordinating content with development, testing, and product teams, processing documents through control tools, and documenting complex healthcare workflows.

What you will do

  • Create, edit, update, and maintain project-related technical documentation.
  • Work with development, testing, and product teams to ensure documentation quality, discoverability, and accuracy.
  • Process project documentation using different document control tools.
  • Release documentation and support localization activities.
  • Contribute to a healthcare technology platform supporting remote diagnostic testing, patient monitoring, test ordering, patient data collection, result processing, and report generation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience writing technical documentation.
  • Philological or technical background.
  • Excellent command of English at an Advanced+ level.
  • English and Ukrainian language proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proofreading, editing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
