Information Delivery & Visualization Engineer (Healthcare AI)

Location: Hybrid model in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, with offices at 34 HaMasger Street.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards in modern BI tools, including custom visuals, tailored layouts, drill-downs, and scenario toggles.
• Replace recurring KPI slide decks for the C-suite and Board with automated, always-up-to-date dashboards.
• Train and support stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, People, Clinical, and R&D teams in self-service analytics.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of the company KPI dictionary and data catalog, including definitions, owners, and calculation logic.
• Improve data integrity and maintain enterprise-grade data quality as hirify.global scales.
• Work with stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to define new KPIs.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in BI development, data visualization, analytics engineering, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards with a modern BI tool such as Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar, including custom work beyond default templates and standard chart types.
• Strong visual design skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear visuals that executives can understand quickly.
• Business understanding and the ability to evaluate why a KPI matters, not only how to visualize it.
• Clear communication with both technical and executive audiences and full professional English.
• Strong collaboration skills, including gathering requirements, aligning definitions, building trust across Sales, Marketing, Finance, People, Clinical, and R&D, and managing competing priorities.
• Ownership mindset, self-direction, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to build from scratch under guidance.
• Curiosity and versatility across dashboard building, documentation, data cleaning, and stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• Databricks experience.
• Strong SQL and understanding of data modeling and data warehousing.
• Working proficiency in Python for data manipulation.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and a cloud data platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with SaaS or healthcare metrics, including ARR, ACV, or clinical KPIs.
• Front-end or UX/UI design experience, including custom visualization libraries such as D3 or Plotly.
• Basic statistics for KPI and metric development.
