Data Scientist (AI)

hirify.global is an early-stage AI startup building an AI-native product and platform.

What you will do

• Build complex, data-heavy features for an AI-first product.
• Develop and scale machine learning pipelines and products for web-scale data volumes.
• Work on entity resolution, structured information extraction from unstructured sources, document retrieval, ranking, and clustering.
• Help define the product direction and quality of an AI-native platform.

Requirements

• Experienced Data Scientist with a startup-minded, highly driven approach and strong ownership.
• Strong mathematical foundations, especially in linear algebra and statistics.
• Hunger for innovation and the ability to develop solutions rather than simply copy existing approaches.
• Knowledge of how to scale ML pipelines and products for web-scale data and complex edge cases.
• Foundational knowledge of NLP and LLMs.
• Experience with Python, NumPy, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Flyte, PySpark, or similar tools.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with entity resolution, information extraction, document retrieval, ranking, or clustering problems.
