Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Remote, Armenia; Yerevan

Salary: $1,100–$1,500 gross base salary per month, plus a KPI-based bonus with total earnings potential up to $2,500 per month.

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant creators, primarily on English-speaking YouTube and secondarily on Instagram.
• Build and scale an influencer pipeline across barter, UGC, paid integrations, and long-term partnerships.
• Manage the full collaboration lifecycle, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution, and publishing.
• Develop creative integration concepts, storytelling angles, and content formats.
• Assess audience quality, engagement, and brand fit against Hungry Minds’ standards.
• Track and optimize campaigns using ER, CPM, CTR, link clicks, and promo code performance, while maintaining and expanding the influencer database.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in e-commerce or DTC.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Notion.
• Hands-on experience with influencer discovery tools such as Modash or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to position the brand and close win-win partnerships.
• Understanding of barter, CPA, paid integrations, and ambassadorship collaboration models.
• Ability to write clear, structured, and creative briefs for creators.
• Strong understanding of ER, CPM, CPE, ROI, and ROAS.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong aesthetic judgment and awareness of content trends.
