What you will do

• Bridge Art and Tech by resolving cross-team dependencies and bottlenecks for seamless animation implementation.
• Mentor and coach animators while supporting technical and artistic growth.
• Set studio-wide animation quality standards, shape long-term animation strategy, and improve pipeline efficiency.
• Study competitor feel and timing to raise animation quality.
• Create VFX for mobile devices using particle systems.
• Deliver complex animations for symbols, backgrounds, characters, UI elements, and pop-up banners across cartoon, realistic, and stylised styles.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Spine; proficiency with other animation and VFX tools is beneficial.
• 6+ years of experience in the games industry, including gambling or non-gambling games, with a proven record of high-level individual contribution.
• Strong professional English.
• Ability to analyze workflows, identify risks, and independently drive improvements that increase animation speed without reducing quality.
• Strong cross-department collaboration and communication skills, including explaining complex animation concepts to developers and artists and reaching efficient technical solutions.
• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating exceptional game animations, technical rigs, and complex problem-solving.
• Mastery of animation principles and advanced mobile optimization techniques.
• Outstanding teamwork, communication, and self-development skills.

• Ability to draw.
• Gaming background as a user and a deep passion for making and playing video games.
