Affiliate Manager (Betting): Managing and expanding affiliate partnerships in specific African and Asian markets with an accent on CPA and Revenue Share models. Focus on recruiting new partners and optimizing campaign performance to drive growth in the iGaming sector.

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our growing iGaming team and drive affiliate partnerships across Bangladesh, Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, and Somalia.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, manage, and scale strong affiliate partnerships.
  • Recruit and onboard new affiliates to the network.
  • Develop and manage CPA, Revenue Share (RS), and Hybrid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize performance and optimize partner growth.
  • Analyze campaign results to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Affiliate Manager experience in one or more of the listed GEOs (Bangladesh, Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Somalia).
  • Strong local market knowledge and an active affiliate network.
  • Experience with CPA, RS, and Hybrid payment models.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong negotiation abilities.
