Finance Business Partner (Retail Marketing)

What you will do

• Own weekly and monthly commercial performance reporting, including leadership packs, and lead month-end financial management.
• Partner on annual budgets and forecasts aligned with business strategy.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns, promotional mechanics, and loyalty initiatives to maximize ROI across channels.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear stories and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Streamline and rationalize reporting to improve financial visibility, accuracy, and accountability across the Marketing ecosystem.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Marketing, Merchandise, Operations, and FP&A while providing coaching and commercial mentorship.

Requirements

• CA or CPA qualification and 4+ years of progressive finance and commercial experience.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, or fast-paced digital/e-commerce environments, with a strong understanding of commercial drivers.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for senior business leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and systems, including Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using data to deliver financial outcomes.
• High resilience and comfort working through dynamic, evolving change or transformation environments.
• Ability to work as a team player and foster trust, inclusion, collaboration, and open communication.
