Supply Chain Analyst

What you will do

• Maintain and improve dashboards, queries, and reporting files for ingredient usage variance, purchase price variance, inventory accuracy, waste, and picking performance.
• Investigate discrepancies and distinguish operational losses from data or system errors across markets.
• Support food cost reporting, monthly close, and validation of weekly performance review inputs.
• Maintain ingredient master data and turn analysis into operational improvements.
• Develop and validate metrics, dashboards, and analyses; document methodologies, assumptions, exclusions, and data limitations.
• Support ERP, MRP, WMS, NetSuite, and Solochain implementations through requirements gathering, data validation, testing, process documentation, SOPs, walkthroughs, and user training.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Analytical and Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and aptitude for numbers.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and basic SQL, including extracting, joining, aggregating, and validating operational data.
• Ability to use generative AI to improve output quality and speed.
• Excellent English proficiency is required.
