Product Designer (Fintech)

🚀 Sokratech is Hiring: Product Designer | Full-time | Hybrid

Sokratech is building real-time fraud prevention software for banks and financial institutions. We're looking for a Product Designer who thinks beyond pixels. Someone who can turn complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences and take ownership from concept to production.

🛠️ WHAT YOULL DO
• Own end-to-end product design across workflow builders, fraud investigation tools, case management, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components and consistent interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to shape product decisions.
• Work directly with users to understand complex workflows and solve real problems.
• Review implementations, identify UX issues, and ensure quality before features reach customers.
• Prototype, ship, learn, and iterate quickly based on real feedback.

✅ WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
• 1 to 3 years of product design or UI/UX experience. Strong portfolios matter most.
• Strong Figma skills and knowledge of design systems.
• Experience with complex interfaces, B2B SaaS, dashboards, or internal tools.
• Strong product thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
• High ownership, initiative, and clear communication.
• A curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

⭐ BONUS POINTS
• Basic HTML/CSS or familiarity with React.
• Experience with workflow builders, data visualization, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and development.
• Experience in fintech or early-stage startups.
