Senior Software Engineering in Test (Python)

Location: Remote from Ukraine

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automated test frameworks using Pytest.
• Create automated tests for desktop applications, web interfaces, and REST APIs.
• Validate end-to-end workflows, system integrations, and interactions between software and medical devices.
• Improve automation architecture, test coverage, execution efficiency, and CI/CD integration.
• Investigate test failures, analyze logs, troubleshoot automation and integration issues, and manage defects through verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and communicate with customer stakeholders daily.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in test automation development using Python and Pytest.
• Strong hands-on experience with desktop application test automation using Python and desktop automation frameworks such as Squish, pywinauto, pytest-qt, or similar tools.
• Solid knowledge of web UI automation using Playwright and hands-on experience with REST API test automation.
• Strong understanding of object-based UI automation, synchronization techniques, and test framework design.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Experience working with AWS and knowledge of SQL for test data validation.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
