Consultant, Infrastructure Management

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site and remaining days remote. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and may need a valid work or study permit.

What you will do

• Support the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort.
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements and help translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to processes and documentation supporting control effectiveness, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Create and maintain process documentation, communicate changes, and share knowledge to support adoption of new tools.
• Partner with business and technology teams to identify improvement opportunities and support implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate complex problems, interpret information, and communicate detailed findings meaningfully.

Requirements

• Experience with SQL, Power Platform, Python, and Ansible.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to investigate complex problems, make sense of information, and communicate detailed information clearly.
• Ability to adapt to new tools, evolving technologies, and innovative solutions.
• Strong teamwork, relationship-building, decision-making, and analytical thinking skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting infrastructure operations, automation frameworks, or workflow optimization initiatives.
