Integration Platform Manager (SAP/Azure): Building and governing AutoStore’s enterprise integration platform across SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and other business systems with an accent on architecture, standards, and scalable integration patterns. Focus on assessing point-to-point integrations, defining the platform roadmap, and guiding developers and consultants in delivering consistent integration solutions.
Location: Oslo, Stavanger, or Nedre Vats, Norway; office-based role.

What you will do
- Own the enterprise integration domain, including integration architecture, platform strategy, and technical decisions.
- Define integration standards, governance, architectural principles, patterns, documentation, and best practices.
- Assess the existing integration landscape and develop a roadmap from point-to-point integrations to a structured, scalable platform.
- Work with business and IT stakeholders to define how systems, applications, and data should connect.
- Guide developers and external consultants, coordinate integration initiatives, and ensure solutions follow established standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integrations, including proven ownership or leadership of integration architecture, platforms, or domains.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, patterns, and best practices, including transactional and master data integrations, system connectivity, and technical constraints.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, PLM, and HRM systems, and the ability to assess integration requirements across different business functions.
- Experience with integration platforms and technologies, ideally SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, or Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Ability to guide developers and consultants, make architectural decisions, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver integration solutions.
