Media Buying Team Lead (Facebook Ads, iGaming)

What you will do

• Launch and grow the media buying department.
• Personally manage traffic acquisition during the initial stage.
• Develop hypotheses, identify and test winning Facebook Ads campaign setups, and scale successful combinations.
• Build and recruit a team of media buyers.
• Establish workflows and the necessary infrastructure.
• Increase traffic volume and drive sustainable profitability.

Requirements

• Relevant experience running Facebook Ads campaigns in the iGaming vertical.
• Experience working across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 GEOs, including LATAM countries.
• Experience managing a team.
• A proven track record with high-value offers, large budgets, and campaign scaling.
• Willingness to remain hands-on while managing the team.
• Ability to solve complex challenges and support the team in non-standard situations.
• Strong results-driven mindset.
