Lead SEO Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for websites, validate SEO hypotheses, and identify organic growth opportunities.
• Analyze competitors and successful case studies, then plan SEO campaigns for target markets, competitive landscapes, and organic traffic potential.
• Participate hands-on in website development and promotion, conduct technical SEO audits, and oversee issue resolution.
• Build SEO processes and establish the SEO department structure from the ground up.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop SEO specialists; allocate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and maintain deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Hands-on SEO experience in the iGaming industry.
• Experience working with international markets and tier-1 geographies, with a proven record of growing organic traffic and achieving top search engine rankings.
• Experience managing a team or performing leadership responsibilities as a Team Lead, Head of SEO, Deputy Head, or Assistant Team Lead.
• Understanding of how to build SEO processes from scratch and scale them with a growing team.
• Experience with SEO tools including Ahrefs, Key Collector, Keywordtool.io, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, Google Search Console, PageSpeed, and similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience developing and implementing link-building strategies and creating high-quality anchor text profiles.
• Strong data analysis, planning, and regular reporting skills.
• English proficiency sufficient for working with SEO tools and international markets.
• Ability to use AI tools and agents for SEO and build efficient workflows around them.
