Operations Associate (Crypto Trading)

Location: On-site in Bratislava, Slovakia

Salary: €2,000–€3,000 per month, with eligibility for semi-annual bonuses

What you will do

• Operate core trading-desk workflows, including trade booking, P&L, reconciliations, and cash management.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing funds and verify that transactions are accurate.
• Work with the trading team to set up new venues and products as opportunities arise.
• Progress into process design, workflow automation, and team oversight.
• Build practical experience across trading, operations, risk, and finance.

• Be diligent and detail-oriented.
• Be comfortable with numbers, sceptical, and curious.
• Be excited to learn new things.
• Have an interest in finance or crypto.
• Have good written and spoken English.
