Engineering Project Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Novomoskovsk, Tula region, Russia; willingness to relocate to Novomoskovsk is required, with company relocation support.

Salary: from RUB 240,000 gross per month; annual bonus. Relocation support: RUB 22,000 net per month when moving from more than 50 km away from the permanent residence. Flex4Me benefits: RUB 5,000 net per month.

What you will do

• Coordinate technical projects at the Novomoskovsk manufacturing plant from needs identification and solution selection through execution and results evaluation.
• Identify and assess technical solutions based on requirements, feasibility, cost, and expected outcomes.
• Define implementation plans, develop schedules, monitor progress, and track project budgets and spending.
• Align requirements and solutions with stakeholders, plant teams, external contractors, and other project participants.
• Oversee the quality of engineering design documentation and construction and installation works against agreed requirements and standards.
• Coordinate procurement, including equipment and contractor selection, procurement documentation, and purchase organization.

Requirements

• Engineering degree and experience in a manufacturing environment or logistics warehouse.
• Project management experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• Knowledge of Russian legislation governing construction and installation works and machine safety requirements.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Willingness to relocate to Novomoskovsk, Tula region.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, 1C, or similar systems.
• Project management certifications.
