Transport Analyst (Supply Chain)

The Rodange site supports the Label and Packaging Materials Group and employs approximately 540 people across operations, customer service, central teams, and support functions.

What you will do

• Analyze transport and logistics processes to identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
• Support the integration and deployment of digital tools in collaboration with IT, operations, and external vendors.
• Collect and interpret transport data to generate insights and support business decisions.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for KPIs including delivery time, cost per shipment, and CO₂ emissions.
• Support transport-cost optimization and control of the €95 million freight budget in collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, freight carriers, and the audit company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Coding, or Programming.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including participation in automation or digitalization projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and strong time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Additional European language.
• Experience with Cognos, TM1, Google Sheets, or SQL.
