Staff Product Manager (AI) - Bangkok

Location: Hybrid in Bangkok, Thailand; collaboration requires a shared SpreeHours window Tuesday–Friday, 7.00–9.00 AM, with flex time returned the same week.

What you will do

• Own outcomes for a product surface by translating direction into a roadmap and delivering against it.
• Speak directly with customers and turn insights into testable hypotheses.
• Prototype working demos to showcase and pressure-test product ideas.
• Drive Engineering, Design, Data, and other cross-functional stakeholders toward shared goals.
• Define success metrics, track progress, and surface risks early.
• Support additional tasks, projects, and team needs as business priorities evolve.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to synthesize information, make decisions, and act decisively under ambiguity while course-correcting quickly.
• Balanced judgment using qualitative and quantitative inputs to determine when there is enough information to act.
• Strong communication and product taste, including the ability to recognize quality and explain the rationale behind product bets.
• Experience aligning cross-functional partners toward shared goals.
• AI is a core skill; curiosity, ownership, and the ability to use AI to compound thinking are required.
