Investment Banking Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Evaluate and annotate financial documents, transaction materials, and case studies.
• Review and refine pitchbooks, valuation models, and market analysis reports.
• Develop realistic investment banking scenarios and document deal processes.
• Evaluate AI-generated financial content for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Analyze financial data, financial statements, transaction structures, and market data.
• Provide detailed feedback and collaborate with project teams to meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Current or recent experience as an Investment Banking Associate, a second-year-or-higher Analyst, or in an equivalent Sales & Trading role.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, transaction documents, and market data.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial documentation, regulatory requirements, and deal structuring.
