IT Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid work in Vilnius, Kaunas, Šiauliai and other locations in Lithuania; flexible working hours.

Salary: €2,900–€3,600 gross per month.

What you will do

• Evaluate business processes, elicit requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
• Define business requirements and report their status to stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with business stakeholders.
• Document and communicate analysis results.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT.
• Ensure IT solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field; financial industry experience is preferred.
• Proven experience working with complex systems and using creative and strategic thinking to deliver results.
• Strong adaptability and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.

Nice to have

• References or confirmation from previous clients for experience in relevant projects.
• Business Analysis Certification.
• Work experience in the public sector.
