Senior Product Designer, Fiat/Earn (Crypto)

What you will do

• Use data, insights, and user feedback to define problem statements, interfaces, and user journeys.
• Generate and validate product concepts with customers, participate in design critiques, and present work to product leadership.
• Own end-to-end design quality for VIP and Deposit & Withdraw experiences, including VIP tiering, benefits, recognition, Earn perks, and bonuses.
• Design fast, trustworthy, and easy-to-follow deposit and withdrawal flows across fiat and crypto rails.
• Co-lead product development, influence strategic decisions, and collaborate with product, visual design, research, engineering, strategy, and creative teams across markets.
• Develop scalable UI patterns and reusable components, and contribute to a documented design system.

Requirements

• Native crypto experience and experience investing in CeFi or DeFi.
• 5–8 years of Product Design experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Web Design, or equivalent project or portfolio experience.
• Experience designing digital products in an agile development environment with cross-functional partners, supported by a portfolio demonstrating modern, mobile-first digital design.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and ability to analyze complex problems and translate them into intuitive, inclusive, data-driven experiences.
• Extensive knowledge of user research, user experience, interaction design, and prototyping techniques, including using design methodologies and tools for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple dependencies, prioritize independently, adapt, and address challenges proactively.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, including explaining complex concepts, providing rationale, receiving feedback, and representing viewpoints.
• Systems-level design thinking and experience building, documenting, or contributing to a component library or design system.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OKX VIP, Deposit & Withdraw, and Earn products.
• Experience working with teams across offices and US time zones.
• Experience using AI tools such as Figma plugins, generative design, and prompt-based prototyping.
• Experience using AI to create systematic design approaches and interactive, high-fidelity flows that can be explored and validated end to end.
