Flutter Engineer - Platform (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid; work from the London offices 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Flutter features, widgets, and shared packages for the Customer Portal and platform foundations.
• Work with Design to implement the design system in iOS and Android applications.
• Write unit, widget, and visual regression tests with a focus on accessibility.
• Learn and support releases through the App Store and Google Play.
• Investigate bugs and production issues on real devices, and contribute to refinement, planning, and technical discussions.
• Try AI tools in daily engineering work and share useful practices with the team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, or native mobile development with Kotlin or Swift, gained at work, through a side project, or via self-study.
• Solid engineering fundamentals from a current role in any technology stack.
• Genuine interest in mobile development and building user-friendly applications.
• Good testing habits or willingness to develop them.
• Experience working in an Agile team.
• Curiosity and willingness to ask questions while learning new technologies.
• Proactive, supportive, and collaborative working style.
• Alignment with the values Be A Buddy, Why Not Today, and Just Pilot.
