Risk and Payments Data Analyst (iGaming)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria. Hybrid work model after the third month, with 3 days per week expected in the office.

What you will do

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain risk dashboards and reports to visualize key risk metrics, track performance, and communicate insights to management.
• Perform predictive modeling and analysis to assess the likelihood of future risks.
• Support the creation of risk management frameworks and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Assess risk management tools, systems, and processes for effectiveness and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with fraud and payments teams.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends.
• Experience in data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical thinking and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
