AML - Client Services Specialist and Snr Consultants x 4 (Limerick or Dublin)

Location: Limerick, Ireland; roles are based in the Ireland offices and applicants must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of employment.

What you will do

• Respond to client, investor, and internal stakeholder enquiries and provide timely, professional, solutions-focused support.
• Build client and business-partner relationships and act as a key contact for AML and Transfer Agency matters.
• Investigate and resolve complex queries, escalations, and exceptions.
• Support investor onboarding, document management, transaction processing, and quality reviews while maintaining AML, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, financial institutions, and third-party providers, and prepare accurate compliant reporting.
• Share AML and Transfer Agency expertise, mentor colleagues, and contribute to process improvements and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Proven client-facing experience in Financial Services, Transfer Agency, AML, Fund Administration, or a related environment; senior consultants must have a solid track record, while specialists must bring additional industry knowledge, leadership, and expertise.
• Strong commitment to outstanding client service and trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to manage client expectations, resolve issues effectively, and deliver positive outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with confidence engaging clients and senior stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of AML, investor servicing, or Transfer Agency processes.
• Right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment.
