QA Engineering Lead (AI)

Location: Remote, with the option to work from the Dubai office; relocation and visa sponsorship support are available.

What you will do

• Lead the quality engineering and automation function for hirify.global.com.
• Provide technical direction for the existing QA team while remaining hands-on in QA engineering, preventive processes, automation, and coaching.
• Build AI-powered QA workflows combining reliable automation, execution evidence, and expert judgment.
• Start with critical ecommerce journeys, A/B tests, and recurring viewport/UI issues.
• Extend proven improvements to Content and Design QA workflows where appropriate.
• Develop independent ownership across the QA team while delivering reliable technical outcomes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in QA engineering and test automation.
• Ability to lead a QA team and provide technical direction, coaching, and review of automation quality.
• Ability to set technical coverage standards and reusable test strategies within agreed release priorities.
• Ability to choose low-risk test-design and debugging methods.
• Ability to refine automation and nonproduction QA workflows using approved tools and allocated capacity.
• Ability to work within approval requirements for release gates, QA sign-off, unresolved production risk, live changes, sensitive-data use, paid tools, hiring, team responsibilities, and cross-team priorities.
