Business Data Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using dashboarding tools and AI-powered tools for automation and visualization.
• Use Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to streamline data workflows and support intelligent decision-making.
• Query databases with SQL and prepare data from multiple systems.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business growth, efficiency, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to define business requirements and KPIs while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and standardization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Strong statistical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate data-driven stories to non-technical stakeholders.
• Master’s degree in business, economics, statistics, or data analytics, coupled with a first experience supporting data-driven decisions.
