Partner Applied AI Engineer (Generative AI)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid with 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is offered to new employees.

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead and thought partner for GSIs, RSIs, and boutique systems integrators, helping them ideate and build applications on the OpenAI API.
• Work with senior SI and customer stakeholders to identify high-value GenAI use cases and build comprehensive backlogs for AI roadmaps.
• Build hands-on prototypes and provide strategic technical guidance to accelerate customer time to value.
• Manage SI and customer relationships through successful deployment and scaling of AI applications.
• Codify solution packages, architectural patterns, best practices, and reusable resources to accelerate implementation.
• Lead technical support for initial partner projects, mentor partner teams, contribute to open-source repositories, and provide feedback to Product and Research teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience, including managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders, ideally within or through a systems integrator.
• Industry experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI and/or traditional machine learning solutions.
• Experience building and/or delivering prototypes using the OpenAI API.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to translate business and technical topics for senior leaders and other audiences.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and acquire the knowledge needed to complete the work.
