Enablement Lead, Knowledge Work (AI)

Location: Seoul, South Korea; hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is offered to new employees.

What you will do

• Own enablement for OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, supporting adoption across business and technical teams in enterprise organizations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for designated product areas, build deep product expertise, identify emerging customer use cases, and share customer feedback with product stakeholders.
• Lead enablement across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through expansion, optimization, and long-term adoption.
• Design and deliver onboarding sessions, advanced capability training, executive briefings, hackathons, and hands-on workshops for senior leaders, working teams, and technical practitioners.
• Drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value through structured enablement programs.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads; develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices; and synthesize customer patterns to improve products and programs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing, enablement, or instructional roles in complex enterprise environments, engaging C-level, business, and technical audiences.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including the ability to translate AI capabilities into clear, practical value for senior and executive audiences.
• Strong product fluency across ChatGPT, Agents, and the broader OpenAI ecosystem, with practical knowledge of applying AI to real-world workflows and enterprise use cases.
• Experience leading workshops and enablement programs, designing learning journeys, facilitating live sessions, and responding to questions in real time.
• Ability to identify patterns across customers and translate them into scalable approaches that improve adoption.
• Ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes such as productivity gains, operational efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, or revenue impact.
• Comfort adapting quickly in live customer environments while maintaining clarity, ownership, and momentum.
