🚀 We're Hiring: Business Analyst – Hotel Management System (HMS)

🌍 Remote | Full-Time | $8–10/hour

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help design and develop the business logic and structure of a Hotel Management System (HMS).

🔹 Responsibilities:
- Design business processes, workflows, and system requirements for an HMS platform.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
- Analyze hotel operations and translate business needs into software solutions.
- Develop clear functional specifications and documentation.

🔹 Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS/PMS)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations: reservations, front desk, housekeeping, billing, reporting, etc.
- Experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.

💼 Working Conditions:
- 💰 Rate: $8–10/hour
- 🏠 Fully remote
- 🕘 Full-time, Monday–Friday, EST business hours
- 📄 Contract-based employment
- 🌴 Holidays and days off are negotiable
- 🌐 International, English-speaking environment
