AI Deployment Manager

Location: London, UK; hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is offered to new employees.

What you will do

• Own enablement for OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents, and define repeatable patterns for enterprise adoption.
• Act as a subject matter expert for designated product areas, support internal enablement, identify customer use cases, and share feedback with product stakeholders.
• Lead customer enablement across onboarding, expansion, optimization, and long-term adoption.
• Design and deliver onboarding sessions, advanced capability training, executive briefings, hackathons, and hands-on workshops for business, technical, and executive audiences.
• Drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value through structured enablement programs.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads; develop reusable training assets and synthesize customer insights into scalable improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing, enablement, or instructional roles in complex enterprise environments, engaging C-level, business, and technical audiences.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including the ability to translate AI capabilities into practical value for senior and executive audiences.
• Strong product fluency across ChatGPT, Agents, and the broader OpenAI ecosystem, with practical knowledge of applying AI to real-world workflows and enterprise use cases.
• Experience leading workshops and enablement programs, designing learning journeys, facilitating live sessions, and responding to questions in real time.
• Ability to identify patterns across customers and translate them into scalable approaches that improve broader customer adoption.
• Ability to connect product capabilities to productivity gains, operational efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, or revenue impact.
• Ability to adapt quickly in live customer environments while maintaining clarity, ownership, and momentum.
