Senior Flutter Engineer (PLG)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; remote or hybrid work. The role is associated with an office in central Minsk, with maximum flexibility in choosing a work location stated.

What you will do

• Build referral, onboarding, activation, promotional, loyalty, subscription, upsell, and reward mechanics end to end.
• Design and run feature-flagged A/B and multi-armed-bandit experiments, including variant assignment, guardrail metrics, and experiment decisions.
• Implement analytics instrumentation, maintain event taxonomies, validate events, and review funnel dashboards with product and data teams.
• Integrate server-driven promotional content, attribution and marketing SDKs, advertising platforms, payment and KYC vendors, and platform-channel extensions in Kotlin or Swift.
• Develop features across home, calling, money transfer, top-up, subscriptions, payments, country selection, chat, and social flows.
• Maintain the Flutter architecture and release lifecycle, including testing, CI/CD, staged rollouts, monitoring, and collaboration with product, backend, data, marketing, and QA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile application development experience, including 3+ years of production Flutter experience.
• Strong Flutter and Dart skills, including Bloc/Cubit or comparable structured state management, asynchronous programming, isolates, code generation, dependency injection, clean architecture, and modularization.
• Hands-on experiment-driven product development with feature flags, remote configuration, A/B rollout mechanics, staged rollouts, sticky assignment, kill-switches, and analytics instrumentation.
• Experience with deep linking, deferred deep links, App Links or Universal Links, and attribution flows.
• Working knowledge of native Android with Kotlin and/or iOS with Swift for platform-channel and SDK integrations.
• Strong testing practices, including unit and bloc tests with mocked collaborators, deterministic tests, and work under coverage gates.
• Full lifecycle experience with Git, CI/CD, code signing, store deployment, and post-release monitoring.
• Ability to work from PRDs with success metrics, propose instrumentation and guardrails, and explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Experience in growth or monetization teams, referral programs, onboarding optimization, paywalls, subscriptions, retention, or multi-armed bandits.
• Experience with AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust, Branch, Braze, Iterable, or CleverTap.
• Experience with server-driven UI or remotely configurable content systems.
• Experience with mobile payments, subscriptions, 3DS, in-app purchases, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
• VoIP or real-time communication experience, including SIP, WebRTC, CallKit, Telecom framework, push-triggered calls, or audio session management.
• Experience with large monorepos, Melos, Mason, Dart workspaces, legacy state-management migrations, backend or BFF development, data pipelines, observability, regulated consumer products, or AI-assisted development tools.
