Generative Content Creator (AI Video)

What you will do

• Own video ads end to end, from brief, concept, art and AI generation through sound, editing and delivery.
• Create gameplay-driven ads, narrative ads, scroll-stopping hooks and reskins across the game portfolio.
• Analyze ad performance data, market trends and competitor creatives to develop stronger hooks, angles and ideas.
• Keep AI-generated output aligned with each game's visual style, character roster, quality standards, brand identity and IP/copyright guidelines.
• Research and test emerging image, video and audio models to improve creative workflows.
• Take ownership of deliverables, raise issues early, communicate with teammates, Leads and Creative Producers, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical, professional video production experience, including shooting, animation, motion design, 3D or editing real productions from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience with generative video and image platforms such as Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, Nano Banana 2 and ChatGPT Image 2, or similar tools.
• Ability to translate film fundamentals, including shot types, lenses, camera moves, lighting and action beats, into precise AI generations.
• Strong command of After Effects for basic compositing, stitching shots, quick fixes, layers, masking, tracking and color; Premiere for timeline and editing work; and Photoshop for art and image work.
• Strong creative fundamentals, including storytelling, timing, emotion, color, composition, lighting and anatomy, with the ability to identify and fix imperfections in AI outputs.
• Adaptive, independent problem-solving skills, initiative, ability to work without waiting for instructions and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal ownership of deliverables and clear, open communication with teammates, Leads and Creative Producers.
• Portfolio or showreel link featuring AI-generated video work is required; video ads or performance creatives are preferred in the portfolio.

Nice to have

• Experience building custom node-based AI pipelines in ComfyUI.
• Familiarity with Claude Code, Cursor or basic scripting in Python, JavaScript or ExtendScript for workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D or Maya and incorporating 3D assets into AI pipelines.
• Ability to create mock gameplay, game UI and interactive mechanics using AI generation and After Effects motion graphics.
• Background in user acquisition video ads or marketing creatives for mobile games.
