Vue-first Frontend (Vue)

Location: Vienna, Austria; hybrid work with work-from-home options from Austria.

Salary: EUR 3.7K gross per month; the minimum salary is EUR 3,725.93 gross per month under the applicable Austrian Banking Collective Agreement, with the actual salary determined individually.

What you will do

• Lead frontend development in an agile environment and evolve architectures for enterprise-grade web applications built on Adobe Experience Manager.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend solutions using Adobe Experience Manager, SCSS, TypeScript, Vue.js 3, Semantic HTML, accessibility best practices, and Jest.
• Architect modular SCSS structures, establish frontend engineering standards, review code, and mentor frontend engineers.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 and ARIA standards and integrate accessibility validation into development workflows.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to improve Core Web Vitals and overall frontend performance.
• Collaborate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of frontend development and significant experience delivering enterprise web applications.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, SCSS and modern CSS architecture, TypeScript, Vue.js 3, Semantic HTML, WCAG 2.1, ARIA, and Jest.
• Experience establishing frontend engineering standards, reviewing code, and mentoring developers.
• Experience with Git version control systems and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
