Salesforce DevOps Engineer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Salesforce release and deployment process.
• Manage sandbox strategy, source-driven deployments, environment management, release cadence, change management, and rollback procedures.
• Set up and operate Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Coordinate releases across teams and safeguard production stability.
• Establish and enforce development and release practices, including code review, static code analysis, and automated testing as release gates.
• Lead conversations on the technical and process aspects of projects in English.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, including hands-on Salesforce development.
• Deep Salesforce platform experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning.
• Proven experience owning and improving release and deployment processes, including sandbox strategy, source-driven deployments, environment management, release cadence, change management, and rollback procedures.
• Working knowledge of Git and branching strategies.
• Experience setting up and operating Salesforce CI/CD pipelines with release and deployment tooling such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or similar.
• Ability to establish and enforce code review, static code analysis, and automated testing as release gates.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and constraints.
• English skills sufficient for leading technical and process conversations on projects.
