Senior Producer (Game Development)

Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Finland; at least three days per week in the office. Open to candidates already based in Finland with the right to work there.

hirify.global is a Helsinki-based game studio developing complete games, live operations, and ports for mobile, PC, and console platforms, alongside original games and partner projects.

What you will do

• Lead an internal multidisciplinary team delivering development and live operations content for a client project.
• Manage Agile/Scrum and Lean production processes, including planning, backlogs, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate engineers, artists, designers, and QA to define scope, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary contact for external partners and clients, providing progress reports, risk assessments, and scope alignment.
• Oversee resourcing, project tracking, budgeting, release planning, QA cycles, and live-game content updates.
• Drive early playability, continuous iteration, and improvements to production practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Development Director, or Project Manager in the mobile games industry.
• Proven track record of shipping and operating live titles.
• In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Outstanding organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and low-ego approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, the studio working language.
• Already based in Finland with the right to work in Finland.

Nice to have

• Experience in co-development, consulting, vendor management, or other client-partner environments.
• Understanding of Unity development pipelines and mobile optimization.
• Technical, art, or design background in game development.
