Location: Fully on-site at the Helsinki studio; candidates must already be based in Finland and have the right to work there. Flexible working hours. Fixed-term parental leave substitute for a minimum of one year, with an expected start in December 2026 or early January 2027.
Company
is a Helsinki-based game studio with 22 years of history and almost 90 employees, delivering partner projects for companies including Supercell, Red Bull, Rovio, and Remedy, while developing its own IP such as Cthulhu Keeper.
What you will do
- Manage vendors, external services, daily office operations, and continuous operational improvements.
- Plan and execute team events, parties, office breakfasts, and other activities that support studio culture.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits, and recruitment assistance.
- Identify recurring tasks and workflows and take ownership of streamlining them.
- Maintain a visible, approachable presence in the office and help support morale and a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar office management or coordination role.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and initiative-taking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Good understanding of Finnish tax practices and basic budgeting.
- Ability to manage costs, track expenses, and operate within budget.
- Fluent English, which is the studio's working language.
- Already based in Finland with the right to work in Finland.
